Abstract

Globally, the integration of IoT technology in smart lights has revolutionized the lighting industry, enabling remote monitoring, automation, and energy efficiency. Therefore, this research proposes the transformation of conventional lights into IoT-based smart lights by using ESP8266 module and Blynk 2.0 application. Because, the use of conventional lights still has some disadvantages, especially related to manual control which is troublesome and has an impact on wasting energy and increasing electricity costs. Thus, this system can improve comfort, safety, and energy efficiency, so it is expected to create a more energy-efficient and comfortable environment for users.
