Abstract

Mahasiswa lamban belajar atau yang dikenal sebagai slow learner (SL) memiliki kendala dalam memahami pelajaran yang bersifat abstrak, sehingga membutuhkan alat bantu belajar visual. Pada paper ini dirumuskan kendala SL, panduan UI ramah ABK dari penelitian - penelitian terdahulu. Dengan metode kualitatif studi literatur diverifikasi dengan wawancara didapatkan pemahaman yang mendalam akan kendala yang dihadapi SL. Selanjutnya dibuat beberapa pilihan UI yang diuji pada beberapa SL. Hasil penelitian adalah rekomendasi UI ramah SL dalam bentuk perancangan website aplikasi alat bantu belajar melalui kartu bergambar digital bagi SL.  Lima variabel UI yang perlu diperhatikan desainer bila merancang website ramah SL adalah hiraki, kata dan kalimat sederhana, white space yang dominan, layout sederhana, dan saturasi warna biru.
