IMPLEMENTASI MODEL EKONOMI SIRKULER DALAM INDUSTRI PERIKANAN

Abstract

Ekonomi sirkuler adalah model ekonomi yang menggunakan sumber daya hingga tidak bisa digunakan lagi. Model ini dapat diterapkan pada berbagai aspek, termasuk industri perikanan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memberikan gambaran atau model bagaimana industri perikanan dapat menerapkan model ekonomi sirkuler pada proses produksi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif, menggunakan teknik studi literatur. Hasil penelitian ini adalah model yang dapat digunakan sebagai referensi bagi pengusaha di industri perikanan untuk menerapkan model ekonomi sirkuler. Semua ini dapat berkontribusi pada upaya mendukung keberlanjutan dan keamanan pangan serta memberikan model untuk mengurangi limbah makanan, terutama limbah produk laut, yang merupakan proporsi besar dari limbah yang ada saat ini.
