Abstract
In 2008, WHO stated that every year at least 2.8 million adults die from obesity. That is why obesity is declared as one of the five diseases that can cause death. Obesity is an imbalance that occurs between the incoming intake and the energy to be expended. In addition to the main trigger coming from genetic factors, stress factors are also one of the major influences that can affect the increase in obesity. According to RASKESDAS 2018 data, in Bali Province, the highest numbers with a diagnosis of obesity are Denpasar City 4,450; Buleleng 3,152; Badung 3,139; Gianyar 2,435; and Tabanan 2,127. Tabanan, which still has beautiful land and as a connecting district for Denpasar City, is the chosen location in this design. In addition, in Tabanan there are no special facilities for obese people. The method used, namely the glass box method with the 'halcyon biophilic' approach as a concept and the selection of the theme 'life balance', is expected to help the healing process by providing balance in life, tranquility, and good quality space through human-nature relationships.
