Abstract: Effective talent development is a crucial aspect of the success of organizations operating in an ever-evolving technological landscape. This study aims to explore various approaches to talent development in technology-driven organizations. Employing a qualitative method through a Systematic Literature Review approach, this research collects literature from reputable sources such as Scopus, DOAJ, and Google Scholar, focusing on publications from 2014 to 2024. The findings indicate that organizations face significant challenges in implementing effective talent development approaches. Cost and time constraints have emerged as major barriers, particularly for small companies with limited budgets. Additionally, the lack of effective measurement systems complicates organizations' ability to assess the impact of development programs, thereby hindering sound decision-making regarding resource allocation. Rapid technological changes further exacerbate the complexity, as the skills taught often become outdated, making it a significant challenge to adjust training programs to meet new demands. These findings are expected to provide valuable insights for organizations in formulating more effective talent development strategies that are responsive to the dynamics of the continuously changing technological environment.
