PERANCANGAN VILA BERTEMA SEA IN THE CAVE DI PECATU BALI

Abstract

Tourism is one of the sectors relied on in development in Bali. Various existing tourism potentials are developed to attract tourists. The development of facilities and infrastructure for tourism purposes in Bali seems unstoppable. The goal is clearly to attract tourists and increase income from the tourism economy (Yudasuara, 2015). Tourism is increasingly rapidly making the development of lodging, especially villas, faster than year after year. The development of villas is many but mostly raises the traditional houses of the Balinese people. With a monotonous villa theme, the author wants to make a villa with the theme of nature around pecatu, where the pecatu area has many beaches and consecrated caves. From the surrounding nature, a straight line is obtained, namely the role of the sea in the cave villa in Pecatu Bali. The design of this sea in the cave villa will use the glass box method because it can be used as a measurable comparison with facts. It also used the method of metaphorical synthesis. The design of a sea in the cave villa in Pecatu, Badung Regency, can enhance the beauty of the surrounding nature and can combine the cave and the open sea, so that it becomes a unit.
