Inovasi Perancangan Cloud Kitchen pad Hub Cafe Sebagai Solusi Dapur Praktis UMKM Kuliner Lokal di Denpasar

This study examines the profitability of running a cloud kitchen compared to a regular café or restaurant when pursued with a more up-to-date level of effort. Hybrid Cloud Kitchen with its various advantages compared to a regular restaurant or café has proven to be a more profitable option in economic development as well as can improve efficiency in reaching customers, cost, time, convenience, and regulated operations for local MSME players who are just starting out so as to expand the overall market with digitization and practical kitchen facilities. It seems quite possible that in the future, restaurants or cafes may migrate to new norms and methods. In the area of Bali, especially the city center of Denpasar, there is also a need for a place for young people to gather, reunion and even do business to be more exciting and interactive such as a restaurant or café that facilitates open or closed spaces with the need to accommodate their activities as well as the provision of light toy equipment. In addition to the space facilities, a variety of food and beverages from a shared kitchen that does business in this café can also be enjoyed. With the theme of Balinese Tropical Sanctuary that creates a comfortable atmosphere and is able to adapt to the modernization of young people, and a sustainable concept from the application of light, air, waste and even complementary materials.
