Abstract

Tea is a drink that has many health benefits, including antioxidants that can prevent cancer. Indonesia is one of the largest tea producers, even according to BPS (Badan Pusat Statistik) in 2020 Indonesia produces 145.1 thousand tons of tea. As a big tea producers, but the lack of interest from Indonesian citizens to tea drinks makes the purpose of designing a Tea Café and Shop to introduce some typical teas from the archipelago and several tea-drinking cultures in the archipelago. In addition, with the ideas of this design, it aims to make drinking tea as a trend because most cafes provide coffee as their mainstay drink, and not everyone can or likes to enjoy coffe
